Still using "pop12345" as your login name? This usage has been changed to make it more convenient for you, by making your e-mail address your login name. To convert your old mailboxes to the easier format, log in to AMS Control Panel, click the E-mail tab, then click "Manage mailboxes". Select "Convert your old mailboxes to the new format" and follow the prompts. If you don't have access to AMS, ask your account administrator to do this for you.
